Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Learn the basics through to the advanced techniques of BJJ in a supportive and encouraging environment.
We offer a range of classes tailored towards beginners or the more advanced hobbyist or competitor in both Gi and No Gi. We have black belt coaching multiple sessions on a weekly basis

MMA

Mixed Martial Arts
an art of its own. MMA is something we have a vast amount of experience in. We will teach you how to chain your game into one art. From striking to wrestling and ground work. We have the coaches with the knowledge that have been right to the top of the sport. Competing and training at the highest level across multiple organisations like the UFC, PFL, Bellator, Cage Warriors

Muay Thai / K1

We have dedicated classes for striking only. Classes are run by a certified instructor of Muay Thai. You will lear the art of 8 limbs in a controlled and safe environment. Classes are suitable for anyone looking to get fit, learn some self defence and have fun and support.
