We have high level black belt coaches in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Combat Ju-Jitsu & Judo.
Our Muay Thai coach is a Kru graded instructor and competes at a professional level.
Multiple Welsh,British & World titles held between them.

Professional and Amateur BJJ, CJJ, MMA, Muay Thai athletes with plenty of cage & competition experience.
